In July 2014, Johnson was working security while off-duty at The 1UP bar in LoDo, where Schreiber was celebrating a bachelor party for his brother.
Schreiber's brother had fallen asleep at the bar and Schreiber was trying to convince Officer Johnson, who had the brother handcuffed, not to take him to a detox center.
"And that's when Officer Johnson snaps," Schreiber recalled.A city surveillance-camera video shows Schreiber standing with his hands in his pockets when suddenly the officer lunges at him, violently shoving him backward to the ground.
"He spends 30 seconds hitting me in the face or neck with his forearms.  He turns me over and grabs my arms. I remember the feeling vividly, both my shoulders just tearing," Schreiber described. The attack left the physician's assistant with torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders. Now the officer has been
suspended for 30 days without pay. He's appealing that punishment.

As the Missouri national guard prepared to deploy to the streets of Ferguson last year during protests sparked by the shooting death of Michael Brown, the troops used highly militarised language such as “enemy forces” and “adversaries” to refer to citizen demonstrators.

Documents detailing the military mission divided the crowds that national guards would be likely to encounter into “friendly forces” and “enemy forces” – the latter apparently including “general protesters”.

A briefing for commanders included details of the troops’ intelligence capabilities so that they could “deny adversaries the ability to identify Missouri national guard vulnerabilities”, which the “adversaries” might exploit, “causing embarrassment or harm” to the military force, according to documents obtained in a Freedom of Information Act request by CNN.

Freddie Gray Had Spine Surgery One Week Before Arrest

April 29, 2015

This is still developing, but there is a lot of evidence here and it certainly fits into this story. Not that it really matters anyway. Don’t fight the police and don’t get hurt.
Check it out:

CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March.

EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has been told that Freddie Gray’s life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.

The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddie Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.

Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.

If this is true, then it is possible that Gray’s spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

In the wake of 25-year-old Freddie Gray's death while in police custody, the city of Baltimore is being rocked by riots, looting, and arson. While the mainstream media is painting a picture of Gray being a fun loving and happy-go-lucky
ladies man, new media is reporting that the deceased actually has a lengthy record of involvement with Baltimore police as well as the state's judicial system. Starting since he was 17, Gray's police record consisted of 18 separate
arrests ranging from peddling drugs, to false statements against law enforcement, to assault. ….

 [The eighteen arrests are noted]

As Weasel Zippers documents, the list contains several names of key #BlackLivesMatter organizers, including Lisa Fithian, who spent time in Ferguson last year training demonstrators to “simulate chaos”.
“Also of note, you can see that some people are being paid to travel to other places to protest, you can see the travel to Selma, and to D.C., as well as money paid out for ‘vans’, including to a union for providing the vans. Elizabeth Vega got $2000 for ‘activist trip to Baltimore’,” reports the website.
The list also includes a big payout to Jeff Ordower, the founder of MORE and an organizer for the SEIU and ACORN.
Millenial Activists United was another Ferguson protest group that received over $2,000 from the Soros front organization.
As Gateway Pundit revealed last week, some protesters admitted to being paid $5,000 a month to take part in the Ferguson demonstrations, which led to the rise of the divisive #BlackLivesMatter movement that has polarized America down racial lines. This once again underscores the fact that the #BlackLivesMatter movement, members of which have repeatedly advocated violence, is a fake astroturf campaign that is *****controlled by big money**** and powerful left wing interests. ****There is nothing grass roots about this movement, which is why it has only served to discredit opposition to the genuine problem of police brutality.

MORE is the rebranded Missouri branch of the former Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) which filed for bankruptcy in late 2010. That ACORN state chapter reconstituted itself in December 2009 as MORE under orders from ACORN’s national headquarters. President Obama used to work for ACORN and he represented it in court as a lawyer.
MORE has been active in the Ferguson protests and in efforts to free jailed demonstrators so they can continue vandalizing businesses, intimidating perceived adversaries, setting fires, throwing projectiles and human waste at cops, and engaging in the Left’s usual modes of so-called nonviolent protest. MORE believes that protesters should be given a blank check to inflict whatever harm they wish on the community in pursuit of social justice.

A dashboard camera video obtained by the Chicago Reporter shows a police officer firing more than a dozen shots into a car filled with black teenagers in apparent violation of Chicago Police Department policy.

Retired Cook County Judge Andrew Berman was so troubled by the video that he provided it to the Chicago Reporter. Berman was the judge in a criminal case against one of the teenagers. He described Proano’s actions as the most unsettling thing he’d seen in his 18 years as a judge and 17 years as a public defender.

“I’ve seen lots of gruesome, grisly crimes,” he said. “But this is disturbing on a whole different level.”

Arkansas Cops Caught on Video Assaulting Innocent Blind Man then Lying About it in the Arrest Report

A blind man in Arkansas sustained a back injury after being assaulted by Little Rock police who failed to identify themselves before lying about the incident.

After missing the bus from his job at Lighthouse for the Blind on June 1, Eric Wilson was walking home when he was approached by police and ordered to walk over to them.

Wilson is legally blind and says that he can only see shadows.  He complied, despite not knowing if he was about to be robbed or about to be confronted with actual police officers as they did not identify themselves.

Texas Woman 'In Good Spirits' Before Jail Death, Friend Says

Even after one video surfaced showing the 28-year-old talking in March about depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, those who knew her said she would not have killed herself inside a Texas jail cell — not even over the confrontational traffic stop that led to her arrest, which mirrored the ones she railed against online.

"She was in good spirits. She was looking forward to what was next," said friend and mentor LaVaughn Mosley, 57, adding that he was unaware of any struggles with depression. "She was making plans for the future, so there's no way she was in a suicidal state."

Texas Trooper Violated Policy In Sandra Bland Arrest

A trooper violated Texas Department of Public Safety procedures and the agency’s courtesy policy when he stopped Sandra Bland, who was jailed and days later was found dead in her cell in what police are calling an apparent suicide, reports Reuters.

The trooper has been put on desk duty during an investigation by the FBI and Texas Rangers into Bland’s death, the report says.

Bland, 28, was arrested on July 10 for allegedly assaulting an officer during a traffic stop in Prairie View, a suburb northwest of Houston. On July 13, she was found hanged in her Waller County jail cell, but friends and relatives do not believe the official version given by the Waller County Sheriff’s Office, the report says.

Colorado cop brutally slams woman to the floor in hospital hallway, knocking out her teeth

Cop slams handcuffed woman to the ground.

The Colorado Springs Police Department has released video from a 2013 incident where an officer slammed a woman to the ground in a hospital hallway smashing out several of her teeth.

According to KKTV, the altercation took place in 2013, but it took until July of 2014 before Internal Affairs opened an investigation.

In the video, Officer Tyler Walker can be seen picking up 18-year-old Alexis Acker and violently body-slamming her down onto the floor where she hits face first while her hands were behind her in handcuffs.

Eric Garner family presses for federal charges against NYPD cop at Brooklyn rally

Why hasn't Obama stepped in? We obviously can't count on him--or the government in general:

Hundreds rallied Saturday to demand a federal criminal case against the NYPD officer whose apparent chokehold a year ago killed Eric Garner, and activists promised not to go away until the cop is in handcuffs.

Mothers of black and Latino men slain by police over the past two decades stood together with Garner's family on a stage outside the federal courthouse in Brooklyn to keep pressure on prosecutors there considering such a case.

DA: It's Too Early to Know How Woman Died in Texas Jail Cell

The prosecutor in a Texas county where authorities say a black woman hanged herself in a jail cell said it is too soon to determine exactly how she died and that the case is being examined as thoroughly "as it would be in a murder investigation."

The family and friends of Sandra Bland dispute that she killed herself. Waller County District Attorney Elton Mathis said at a news conference Monday that a Texas Rangers investigation into her death is being supervised by the FBI.

Newly Released Dashcam Video Shows Sandra Bland Traffic Stop

Texas lawmakers who reviewed dashcam footage of the arrest of Sandra Bland confirmed Tuesday that she was "threatened" with a Taser during a traffic stop — and believe that she should never have been arrested.

"Once you see what occurred, you will probably agree with me that she shouldn't have been taken into custody," state Sen. Royce West said at a news conference held before the dashcam video was made public.

Video of Sandra Bland Traffic Stop

Dashboard camera footage of Sandra Bland’s arrest shows the arresting officer mocking her when she said she was epileptic, and threatening her with his Taser after trying to pull her out of her car.The video shows state trooper Brian Encinia telling Bland, “I will light you up,” before yelling, “Get out!” According to Mother Jones, the Texas Department of Public Safety criticized Encinia after releasing the footage, saying he did not “maintain professionalism” during the July 10 encounter.

Bland was found dead inside a jail cell in Waller County three days later, renewing criticism against law enforcement officials for use of excessive force.

CNN: What we know about the controversy in Sandra Bland's death

While the jailhouse death of Sandra Bland is being handled in the manner of a murder investigation, authorities in Texas initially said the 28-year-old woman appeared to have killed herself. But why would a young woman who just landed a new job at her alma mater take her own life?

Why would someone who family and friends say had so much to look forward to hang herself with a noose fashioned from a trash bag?

Sandra Bland Dashcam Video Arrest was "Edited"

A man leaves the truck in the center of the frame at 25:05. For the next 15 seconds, he walks toward the right of the frame and leaves. At 25:19, he suddenly appears again, promptly disappears, then returns at 25:22. The same footage of him walking is subsequently repeated.

This is not the only part of the video that was edited.

At 32:37, a white car drives into the left side of the frame, then promptly disappears in the middle of the road. Seconds later, the same car drives back into the frame and subsequently turns left. This footage is later looped several times.

A different white car also drives into the left side of the frame and turns left from 32:49 to 32:59. The previous white car again briefly enters the frame at 33:04, and once more at 33:06, yet it suddenly disappears both times. When these cuts are made in the footage, the lights on top of the truck in the center of the frame also abruptly cut out.

At 33:08, the exact same footage from 32:37 is repeated, followed by the same second white car at 33:17.

Similar edits and loops are made throughout the video.

Someone clearly cut footage out and looped part of the video in order to correspond with the recorded audio of Texas state trooper Brian Encinia speaking. Who exactly edited the footage is unknown, but the video was recorded by police and released by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Man says he tried to surrender to NYPD officers who allegedly beat him

An aspiring hip hop artist says he was trying to surrender when NYPD officers allegedly beat him down, throwing punches to his head and dealing blows with a baton, inside a Brooklyn Bodega.Thomas Jennings, who suffered cuts above his eye, raised both hands in what appears to be a gesture of giving up, just seconds before the incident started.

His attorney, Amy Rameau, tells PIX 11 the officers had no regard for human life. Rameau said what they did was “hideous and disgusting.”

Jennings, 24, said the officers accused him of stealing a slice of pizza and salt and pepper shakers — something he denies.

“I am not a thief, what they did really hurt me,” Jennings said. “I’m blessed they could have killed me.”

Jennings has had issues with officers from the 81st PCT before: he filed a lawsuit for being beaten in 2014.

As far as this incident, NYPD’s  Internal Affairs Bureau is looking into it. As well as the Brooklyn District Attorney.

Rameau wants charges filed against the officers.
